I had an artist cancel on me the day of the performance. I contacted John through thumbtack, liked what I saw, and very luckily was able to book him the same day that we needed him. Little did I know that he was as stellar a performer as he turned out to be. This guy is an amazing talent. I still can’t believe how lucky we were to have him perform there. I didn’t let him leave without booking his next performance with us. We plan on working with him in the future as often as we’re able to.

John Thomas "understood the assignment", as they say! He helped celebrate my dad's life at a post-funeral reception. He played the perfect songs and even learned a couple with special meaning to our family. It was one less thing to worry about during a difficult and stressful time. Very professional. John made our wedding day so memorable. He was kind enough to learn our song (la vie en rose) and sang it beautifully. It meant the world to us to have someone so talented both vocally and with his guitar playing to create such a gorgeous rendition of that song for us on our special day. He captivated our guest with his playing, but was also understated and did not draw too much attention to himself with his playing during more intimate moments like toasts. He played all the songs that we requested and would love to have him back for all our big events in the future!

John gave us a good entertainment/time on my husband’s 50th bday,everyone kept complementing about his style of playing the songs,quick to reply and he added that special touch to our party! I recommended him to my guests already!!

John performed as a duet at our Halloween party and it was absolutely wonderful!
